Shipping & Handling Policy

All orders ship from our facility in Long Island, New York. We offer First Class standard shipping via USPS for most orders.

To receive FREE shipping: Free standard shipping is available for qualifying orders within the United States that total $25.00 or more before the addition of taxes, fees, or shipping charges and after any discounts or coupons have been applied. 

Processing & delivery times:  Note that the average delivery time for free and standard shipping via USPS First Class is 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping between 1-3 business days. We cannot guarantee that estimated delivery times will be met by the postal carrier.

Standard orders are shipped on Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday, though our handling time is currently within 1 business day of order receipt. Depending on demand, most orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (weekdays) or 12:00 PM EST (Saturdays) will often be shipped out the same day. Express orders are always shipped within 1 business day (excluding holidays). We strive to process and ship all orders no later than 1-2 business days through USPS. There may be the occasional delay as our products are manually assembled & packaged.

Please note that delivery times start after the order has been processed and shipped, and we cannot control possible delays that may be experienced on the mail carrier's end. 

Also note that we provide a delivery confirmation number for all orders which is not the same as a tracking number. For customers who want to track their packages, we recommend using USPS Express or UPS shipping options. Shipping with Signature Confirmation is available for an extra $3.95 per order for US customers.

General information: We ship to valid addresses within the United States and its Territories as well as to various countries overseas depending on the carrier chosen and customs requirements for the product ordered.  

International Shipping: We are currently able to ship products to some international destinations. Shipping charges are primarily FLAT RATE or calculated according to the shipping destination if the buyer wants another shipping method that we do not offer. Items from our store can be shipped to several international regions, but cannot be shipped to Africa, South America, and other regions we deem questionable due to unreliable customs and local postal carriers unless the buyer pays for INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS.

Some items sold by vmartdiscount.com may not be shipped internationally to several locations due to individual country restrictions. Buyers must be aware of such restrictions prior to making a purchase. Shipments to US protectorates or APO/FPO addresses may be subject to customs searches or examination. International packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Please note: For your protection, most international packages must be shipped INSURED or shipped via a trackable method. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. When you purchase a new item from our store, you pay immediately, online. Included in your payment is a pre-calculated fee for shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the customer abandons / avoids the package to be shipped to his/her destination for reasons like customs duty to be paid, levying of import taxes, extra shipping cost due to destination overages and delivery surcharges etc., Vmartdiscount Inc. shall not be responsible for refunds, returns and/or charge backs associated with their orders and order amounts. All international orders placed by customers who live inside or outside of the U.S. oblige the customs duty and import taxes incurred by their destination shipping countries policies and rules. We will not be responsible for the payback of these charges. Customers have to be prepared to pay these charges if any prior to receiving the order shipment at their destination. If the package is held by the customs or postal department, the customer is solely responsible for resolving the delivery or pick up of the package. We will support the buyer by sending any required documentation related to the shipment, and will not pay for or refund the above extra charges.
